Det b\u00f6rjar och slutar med m\u00e4nniskorna i en organisation. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r \u00e4ven den st\u00f6rsta investeringen av ens engagemang vara att se till att f\u00f6ra organisationen fram\u00e5t och att st\u00f6tta individerna i de olika emotionella processerna som de kan beh\u00f6va g\u00e5 igenom.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jag har agerat i rollen som f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsledare i ett flertal uppdrag. B\u00e5de inom privat och offentlig verksamhet. Arbetet som har ber\u00f6rts har fr\u00e4mst varit inom verksamhets- och organisationsutveckling samt implementering av ny mjukvara. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mitt genuina intresse f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor, viljan att driva fram\u00e5t men ocks\u00e5 att snabbt kunna s\u00e4tta mig in i det som h\u00e4nder i bolaget (och medarbetare) har alltid kunna ta oss i m\u00e5l &#8211; med hj\u00e4rta och och hj\u00e4rna i gott f\u00f6rvar, \u00e4ven n\u00e4r det har varit utmanande l\u00e4ngs resans g\u00e5ng.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:1%;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ska ni implementera ett nytt system eller \u00e4r det dags att se \u00f6ver verksamhetens utveckling?
