Ett av dessa var s\u00e4rskilt framg\u00e5ngsrikt, d\u00e4r vi p\u00e5 innovationsavdelning gick fr\u00e5n hypotes till prototyp p\u00e5 fyra m\u00e5nader och br\u00f6t mark inom ett potentiellt nytt aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5de.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Jag har jobbat inom organisationer som har mer traditionella arbetss\u00e4tt men som har best\u00e4mt sig f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6ra in det agila i olika former. Till andra organisationer d\u00e4r vi har kunnat s\u00e4tta ramarna fritt fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan och arbeta med stort f\u00f6rtroende fr\u00e5n start. Erfarenheten har givit mig ett spann av f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och en kunskapsbas f\u00f6r att snabbt kunna skapa mig en uppfattning om var ni \u00e4r <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">just nu <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">och hur jag kan bidra.
